oasis stay

clean room helpful staff varied breakfast good tip

the room was very clean. staff helped me with a map, so i visited the city center without problems. breakfasts was varied. they gave good tips for haggling and i get some souvenirs.

street noise was high with many scooters and cars. it become hard to sleep.

breakfasts served on rooftop included crepes. breads and omelets also featured. i found assorted spreads offered a variety of tastes. overall it became a beautiful and peaceful experience daily.

musty smell stronger fan

I found a few things disappointing. soundproofing was not good. i could hear people talking on the roof terrace from my room. the bathroom had a musty smell perhaps it just needed a stronger fan. I don't know.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

constant hammering expensive coffee

The assistant manager was helpful and sorted out issues fast.

The location was problematic (I hadn't researched the area well enough). At night, I heard constant hammering and loud conversations. This went on until about 6 AM, made resting nearly impossible. Coffee was complimentary on arrival but was charged on the last day, more expensively than in other cafes.

wonderful stay!

attentive host excellent service great location

abdullah was a very attentive host. he provided excellent customer service. the breakfast had variation each day and tasted great. the location was very good for exploring. we were able to easily walk to many attractions.

the ringing bell was audible throughout the night. it sometimes disturbed sleep. this is especially noticeable if you're a light sleeper. i would like quieter nights .

the staff offered helpful tips for haggling and sightseeing. they marked important locations on a map, for us. the service staff prioritizes your best experience, so do expect good service.

My room had beautiful decorations on the ceiling. it was a large, luxurious room! the room was also very clean. It provided a restful environment. the air conditioning worked very well.

breakfast on the rooftop terrace was peaceful. there were solutions for my vegan needs, fruit salad, fresh bread. i found the yogurts 'hechos en casa' very rich. the breakfast was excellent.

the location is good for exploring street life with souks and museums. everything is in walking distance, so, we could easily walk around. i felt safe walking in the area.
